72,269 Confirmed

46,803 Active

Note from DOH:
Provincial and regional totals may slightly change daily because by default, the current address as reported in the case investigation form is used, whenever available. Continuing follow-up of the patient after public announcement ascertains their region, usually the region where they are admitted or quarantined, and this may be different from the region of their current residence.

Mandaluyong City Public Information Office

UPDATE:
The increase in the number of New Cases is the result of the MASS TESTING for the Suspect Case to determine COVID-19 positive and to take the next necessary steps or give the immediate treatment. Suspect Case with negative results will be included in CLEARED SUSPECTS.

Strictly assure that Probable Cases and Suspect Cases do not appear in the case of COVID-19 in the city or any threat of disease.

The high number of our Confirmed Cases and Suspect Cases are due to the overseas contact tracing that our City Health Department continues to do in partnership with DOH.

Like NCMH, COVID-19 CASE of CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTION FOR WOMEN (CIW) from different cities are also listed in our city.

This July 22, 2020 • 4:00 PM, the recorded case in Mandaluyong City is the following:

Confirmed COVID-19 Case : 1,343
Suspect Case : 942
Active Case : 444
Probable Case : 246

COVID death – 79

Cleared Suspect Case – 5,182
Recovered from COVID-19 – 820

There is a difference between the number stated in our report compared to Department of Health (DOH) because some documents from them are still transit at this time. The city also needs to verify the report from DOH because the other sent is just name or name and hospital that our City Epidemiology and Surveillance Unit needs to determine which barangay.

Recovered patients are COVID-19 positive who are fully healed and now are negative.

The Probable Case is PUI (mild, severe, critical) that the test results are not specific or specific.

The Suspect Case is PUI (mild, severe, critical) has not been tested or awaited for test results.

Active Case is COVID-19 positive that is continuously monitored and treated with symptoms.

Confirmed Case is COVID-19 Positive.

Once again, everyone is encouraged to watch out for fellow Mandaleño, monitor official websites and social media accounts and avoid posting or sharing fake news.

Thank you.

CONCLUSIONI

Giovedì, 23  Luglio Anno 2020. Anno Zero.

      NCR

  1. Unknown city:   12458
  2. Quezon City:        5420
  3. Manila:                  4725
  4. Taguig:                  1800
  5. Makati:                  1640
  6. Pasay City :           1645
  7. Pasig:                     1397
  8. Mandaluyong:      1297
