The Department of Health reports 836 new cases of COVID-19 in the country. Total is now 57,006. The DOH also reports 65 new deaths and 4,325 new recoveries. The total number of deaths is now 1,599 and the recovered patients is now at 20,371 with active cases at 35,036.

E con la notizia che tre Ospedali di Metro Manila hanno riempito i loro reparti per malati covid-19 arrivando al limite delle loro capacità salutiamo definitivamente la possibilità di poter vedere la città di Manila nella MGCQ. Si continuerà con la GCQ. Gli ospedali sono tra l’altro i più famosi e rinomati della città: il Sant Luke di Taguig e di Quezon ed il Makati Med.

Ed è forse a seguito di questa notizia che il DOH fa passi indietro sulla quarantena da effettuarsi nelle facilities predisposte anche per casi lievi, come si era pensato nei giorni scorsi, non più. Quindi okay per la quarantena a casa purché si seguano i protocolli stabiliti dal Dipartimento della Salute (DoH) che sono semplici: rimanere in una stanza con bagno ed essere monitorati continuamente. Per chi non ha queste possibilità dovrebbe essere ospitato ad una delle facilities. 

Sono stati nominati 4 futuri responsabili per fronteggiare la pandemia nazionale:

Il portavoce presidenziale Harry Roque ha presentato gli “zar filippini anti-COVID”, ovvero il presidente e CEO dell’autorità per lo sviluppo delle basi e delle conversioni Vince Dizon, il sindaco della città di Baguio Benjamin Magalong, il segretario per le opere pubbliche e le autostrade Mark Villar e il sottosegretario alla sanità Dr. Leopoldo “Bong” Vega .

Il Mayor della città di Baguio si occuperà di tracciamento.

Oggi ho problemi tecnici al Blog che devo risolvere, ci sono altre notizie, tutte alquanto negative da segnare come la bancarotta del gigante MUJY, sintomi che possono persistere  anche oltre due mesi per chi si è ammalto di covid-19 ed altre che lascio alla vostra lettura.
